Hire of the Hall for Private Functions


The Hall can be hired for private functions, parties etc.


The charges are set out below.

  • It is requested that all functions end by 12.00 midnight. 

  • The hirer must provide their own crockery, cutlery glasses etc. The crockery in the kitchen is provided by the various “regular users” of the Hall and is for the sole use of that particular group or club.

  • When arranging to use the Hall, the “hirer” must take responsibility for upholding the requirements set out in the Rental Agreement and ensuring that payment is made as agreed. This may include a deposit.

  • When the kitchen facilities are required for a function, an additional £25 charge is made to cover use of appliances, power costs etc.

Charities wishing to hire rooms in the Hall should contact us to discuss rates.

Weddings and other major private functions need to be costed individually based upon requirements.

Hire of the Hall for any public event will be subject to further discussion with the Hall Committee by email or phone as above and may be subject to licensing requirements.
